A: The amount of time needed to design a memorial is significant, by having done this yourself you can save hundreds of dollars. You also have the satisfaction of creating the design yourself. And most importantly you will be saving money.
Q: How do I log in after registering?
A: If you have already registered, you can use your email address and password in the login space at the upper right hand side of the home page.
Q: What does it cost to use the Monument Designer?
A: The registration fee is $24.95. If you use the web to purchase a memorial you will receive a credit of $75.00 which will be deducted from the purchase your bronze memorial.
Q: How do I renew my subscription?
A: If your subscription has expired and you need more time, please re-register using the registration link from the home page.
Q: Why should I purchase the bronze without the granite base?
A: The cost of shipping a granite base or backer is very expensive. You can purchase a base or backer locally without the extra transportation cost. Also, if the memorials came with granite backers attached, handling would add extra cost to your purchase.

A: If you would like to share the design before making your final selection, feel free to share your username and password with them. They can login and view your design.
How long will my bronze memorial take to produce?
Production time is 5-7 weeks from the date we receive your completed order.
How will I receive my bronze memorial?
All bronze memorials are shipped using standard FedEx ground service. You will receive the bronze memorial (and vase if applicable) only. No granite bases will be shipped due to weight and handling concerns. If a granite base is required by the cemetery, it can be purchased at the cemetery or a local monument dealer.
