Terms and Conditions

The Monument Designer recommends the purchaser fully research and understand the specific rules, regulations and requirements of the cemetery in which the memorial will be placed before designing and purchasing a bronze memorial. The Monument Designer will not be held responsible or liable for memorials purchased that do not meet the specific rules, regulations or requirements of a particular cemetery. Prior to purchasing the purchaser will be required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions provided herein. The Monument Designer is not responsible or liable for any misspelling, typographical errors or omissions made during any design session resulting in an error on a finished memorial. All designs are deemed to have been thoroughly reviewed and approved by the purchaser, therefore all sales are final with no returns available as a result of misspellings, typographical errors or omissions made on the part of the purchaser.

The Monument Designer is representing finished memorials with the best rendering technology currently available and as such the rendering is not an exact replica of the finished memorial therefore, the rendering characteristics may vary slightly from the finished memorial. Any variations are not in and of themselves a reason for a return of the memorial. Memorials will be replaced only as a result of manufacturing flaws deemed to be of a significant nature.

The Monument Designer displays the memorials with granite bases or backers for aesthetic purposes. This display allows the purchaser the opportunity to view a finished memorial. The Monument Designer does not supply the granite bases or backer for any of the memorials depicted in the design studio.

The Monument Designer makes specific recommendations for the use of photos in designing personalized bronze memorials. Please read the specifications for submitting photographs to be used in the production of your memorial. These are made to bring about the best possible finished memorial, however, the quality of the memorial will be determined by the quality of the photograph supplied to be used in the manufacture of the memorials. The better the photograph, the better the finished memorial. The Monument Designer will not be held responsible for the quality of the photographs supplied by the purchaser. The photographs submitted are assumed to have been submitted within the recommended specifications. The Monument Designer will manufacture the memorial using the photograph as supplied by the purchaser unless other arrangements have been made by the purchaser with The Monument Designer to enhance the quality of the photograph. Any enhancements will be an additional charge over and above the cost of the memorial quoted.
