Click on Start Designing, click in the First Name. Complete the required information; if you have a promotional code please enter it here, and then click on Save and Log In.
Mouse over Now and click once. Please complete the required information on this page. The credit card expiration date is entered without punctuation. The security code is required. After successful completion of this page you will be notified and returned to your customer home page. Click Return to Monument Designer.
Start by clicking on the link titled Start Designing Now, the Design Studio opens.
Click on the icon on the left hand side of the Design Studio titled Bronze. The display bar opens with four different size granite bases to choose from; mouse over each item to determine the right size for your needs. Click once and the granite base will appear in the Design Studio window.
Place your cursor on the Granite Base in the Design Studio, left click and hold, moving the mouse will move the Marker. Right click and hold will allow you to zoom in and out. Holding both mouse buttons will move the marker left, right, up and down within the Design Studio.
The colors are for display purposes only. Click on the tab titled Color in the left hand navigation bar. Select one of the three colors from the Display Bar by clicking on it once. The marker color in the Design Studio will change to reflect your choice.
To select a Style of bronze marker click on the tab labeled Bronze Designs the Style options are listed there. Click on the Style of your choice. The options for that Style will appear: Full Color, Oxide or Traditional brown. Click on the one of the designs in the Display Bar to add it to the granite base.
To add an emblem to the bronze you have selected, click on the Emblems tab in the left hand navigation. The categories appear in a list. Select the list and the items will appear in the Display Bar. Click on the emblem of your choice; it will appear in the Design Studio. To move the emblem, place the cursor on the emblem, click hold and drag to the desired position. Click away from the emblem to lock it in place.
To add text to your marker click on the tab titled Text in the left hand navigation. Click on the section labeled Given Name. The Display Bar has text panels labeled, No Border. Mouse over these to see the number of lines of text and the dimensions of each; begin typing the text as you would like it to appear on the marker. After the text has been entered, the font color needs to be changed to Light Gold or Dark Gold.
To add text to a companion marker you will use the scrolls provided in the given name space.
To Save the marker you have designed. Click on the word save in the upper right hand corner of the Design Studio. The Design Studio will alert you when the memorial has been saved. Click on the pop-up to acknowledge the save is complete. To exit the design studio, close the Design Studio window using the white X in the red square in the upper right hand corner of the Design Studio. You will be returned to your customer home page.
If you would like to modify a saved design, click on the Edit link. This reopens the Design Studio and allows for changes to be made to the previously saved marker design.
If you would like to purchase your marker, click on the Purchase link. The next page will be the order summary. After reviewing this information, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. It will take you to the Photo Upload page.
To upload your photographs, click on the Choose Image link, browse your files and select the image to be uploaded. The number of the image corresponds to the position number on the bronze memorial. Photo 1 is placed in position 1 on the bronze. Clicking on the Continue button takes you to the check out. (Authorize.net)
Please complete the required information in the spaces provided. Please note the expiration date needs to be entered without any dashes, periods, commas or forward slashes. Example 0209 for February 2009. The security code needs to be included in the form for the transaction to be completed. Once all the information has been completed click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. You will be informed the new page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Click yes to continue. When the payment processing is complete you can return to the Monument Designer.
